Was very impressed with the expedience and excellent care Dr Mindy Fernando provided .Her bedside manor and professional "no nonsense" demeanor gets high marks! The office staff was also congenial and helpful and smiled.This office is a rare find!

MA at the front desk was very rude when I brought my husband in. Rolled her eyes when my husband told me he needed to sit down because he thought he was going to faint. I gave her his ID and insurance card but told her he had been here before and she said under her breath, "then why would you give me these?" Once I told her his symptoms she very rudely asked, "why would you bring him here? He needs to go to an ER." If I could give it a “0” I would. I brought my mother in who was having breathing problems. I first asked when I walked in the door, do they have the necessary equipment to assist my mother and the said “yes” I told them she already took a breathing treatment at the hotel and still having problems and since they were right across the street so we went there.
