Here is an update on the overpaid job of $9,000. He has started communicating with me after my last post and told me that he has my money to pay me back but has went dark on communicating again for 3 weeks. This process of getting a refund or the job done is now going over 9 months with more promises and no action. I would not recommend him at all unless he gets the work done first and then you pay him.
