Madly is a very pleasant young man, when we first meet him he was very friendly, explained what should be done and how they would do it. He checked off and on to make sure we were satisfied and answered all our questions. When we had a problem he came up and checked it out, took pictures and sent someone back to fix it. I have worked in the construction industry for 30 years. Kelly Mann with Lifetime Roofing was referred to me by a national roofing manufacturer that I work closely with. Lifetime Roofing removed an old shingle roof on my Grandmother's house, and replaced it with a beautiful 30 year shingle. Down spouts and gutters were also replaced. They are professional and delivered a project on time and on budget. I would recommend them to anyone. Very satisfied customer.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! Hired them September 2016 to redo my roof. I paid half of a 8,000 bill up front, and got told I was next on the list to get my roof done. I got bumped for 3 months and finally January 2017 they show up to redo my roof. The workmanship was shoddy, the shoveled the 6 inches of snow off my roof and right in front of my garage, my front door and on top of my hot tub. Highly professional crew, with great attention to detail. The roof looks fantastic and just in time for winter. Madison was always there to answer questions, the crew was exceptional, and Angel was there to manage and follow up. It was a well managed project from start to finish.

I was referred to Jonah from Lifetime a couple months ago regarding a roof issue at a rental. Jonah was quick, thorough, and went above and beyond to meet me about 20 miles away from the project. Because of this encounter, when my personal home needed a new roof, I called Jonah again. He spent several hours going over options and answering every question I had.
