We had Lifetime Roofing redo our roof in 2017, we found out it was leaking in March of 2022. The roof is leaking in between our walls and we wouldnt have known if we didnt remove our shower and the wall behind it. After having roofing companies come to inspect, we found that Lifetime Roofing neglected to install the metal flashing where the roof meets the stucco wall. Had Parker and his team put a new roof on my home. Very fast and efficient. And looks great too! We have had constant leaks from who roofed my home and had 5 different people look at it and say they “fixed” it and never did. Lifetime found the issue and when they came to out my new roof on they were very professional. Cleaned up real nice after as well. I highly recommend calling if you need a roof because leaks and all, they can fix it!

We have had so many issues (multiple leaks) with the TPO membrane they installed which has caused damage in our kitchen cabinets and now bubbling on the roof. Currently they aren't standing behind their "Lifetime," 50 year warranty. This is frustrating, because at the time they came recommended, especially for flat, midcentury style roofs.

I had hail damage to my roof. Lifetime came and gave an estimate. It was in line with the adjuster's estimate. We waited for better weather before starting. In the mean time I kept listening to the problems that my coworkers were having with their contractors, delays, taking weeks to complete, material problems, the list keeps going. Very unprofessional business. They took a deposit from me back in September to put a new roof on half my house. After weeks of being strung along fast forward to today when I was told they are backing out due to them not wanting to do half a roof. If that was an issue then a deposit should have never been taken and waited weeks to say they are not going to do it.
