Rep stopped by one night last November after saying others in the neighborhood had hail damage. He got on the roof, chalked it all up, went over all the ways the can prove the damage and work with insurance company. Got on the phone and made the claim. We had a great, positive experience with Lifetime Quality Roofing. Repetetive storm damage left us in dire need of a new roof. They worked with us and our insurance company to get a high quality roof within our budget They had the old one off and the new one one on in one day! The final inspection and pick up of left over materials took a few weeks. But they were going through some management changes and over time they took care of everything. From the start of my inspection, I was notified promptly of each step by my inspector Owen Henley. My roof was completely done on January 2 all the workers were very professional in getting the job done . State Farm Insurance was very prompt in getting the approval on the estimate thanks to Owen. I am so glad Lifetime Quality Roofing did my job. Even though I didn't think I had damage from hail, they inspected it, walked me through the process with insurance company, and kept in touch promptly with my questions. From start to finish, they have done an excellent job very professionally. I would recommend them. I gave the review but didn’t get a payment.
