Christian with Lifetime Quality Roofing was awesome to work with. He was so very helpful and definitely top notch with his customer service. He went above and beyond to help us with our roof process.
We had some hail damage from a storm a LQR was amazing throughout the entire process. They contacted our insurance company to file a claim and even fought to get us a larger payout which they successfully did. Our reps for selecting materials were wonderful and then on the day of install I had a point of contact in site all day. Every hour or so he would send a status update with pictures. Rep stopped by one night last November after saying others in the neighborhood had hail damage. He got on the roof, chalked it all up, went over all the ways the can prove the damage and work with insurance company. Got on the phone and made the claim. He said it was important to be there when the insurance inspector came out. When the time came he said he was sick and it wasn't a big deal. Insurance came back and said no damage.
