I chose Lifetime Movers from a list of 6 recommended companies as they had the most impressive credentials. This proved, overall, to be a rather accurate assessment in terms of pre and post move issues. While there was a mishap that involved a large box being left behind and only discovered by a neighbor of mine, there was a good system of communication in place that led to immediate action being taken to correct the problem. I had a very positive experience with Lifetime Moving & Storage. My parents in Arizona were downsizing and I had a number of personal items sent to my home in Michigan. The company was in contact with me every step of the way. When I had questions, they were answered in a timely manner. My father told me what a good job they did wrapping and packaging each item. Horrible company! Extremely disappointed with the final outcome, which is sad because the office people were very helpful. The communication was terrible for making arrangements for final delivery. There were items lost and damaged. Replacements cannot be found for the patio cushions that were lost. A brand new hand truck was "lost". I do NOT recommend this company. The insurance reimbursement is a scam! It is a long process and in the end the amount of money received is not worth the effort. I consider this company unethica... read more

I found this company using reviews online. They actually had more positive reviews than negative and they lived up to those reviews! They showed up the day they agreed to and packed the house in less than 3 hours. They delivered 3 days after my requested date (I did not pay a guaranteed delivery date fee) even though contractually they had 17 more days to do so. The delivery guys were professional and fast. Lifetime Moving & Storage was an incredible company to work with from beginning to end. I was moving from AZ to CO and my belongings went into storage for 3 months ~ I received everything in perfect condition and everyone was SO professional a great to work with.

The movers were very polite and came on time. Professional men, did a great job taking care of our stuff. We had two trucks and full packing service. Everything arrived in great condition and on time. They put the beds together for us and we're very patient. Will recommend them to friends and will definitely use them again. I found them on in a costco store advertising.

Lifetime Moving and Storage packed up all our furniture and helped us move to our new home. They were extremely efficient and we were highly impressed at how they took care of each and every item. Not only did they pack and unpack everything amazingly, but they were such a pleasant group and we would use them again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!
