We were moving a baby grand piano from my Great Aunt's house across the country and it was a bit stressful coordinating a move from a place where I did not live. That said, the process was positive all around. There was a ton of communication between the estimate and the initial pick up, which was appreciated. From start to finish they were great! They picked up my goods on time, held it in storage then delivered to to Massachusetts right on the date I wanted. Amy in the office kept us informed through the whole process. I would use them any time!

The experience was overall extremely positive. Dealing with Amanda for the estimate and planning was a breeze. Very pleasant and organized lady. Joe and his team were home bright and early. They worked really hard and their attitude was positive throughout the day. Any requests was received well and executed right away. This was our 15 th move and by far the best. Thank you!

Very nice to get you into their business.. but as soon as you sign it everything becomes TERRIBLE. They become extremely rude when you call to get updates. I signed to get the delivery within 7-day window and called multiple times to see where my furniture was. They delivered it the last minute on day 7. Movers told me that they had had my furniture for days in their truck and Lifetime did not inform them they needed to deliver it within the 7-day window until some hours before (they had to drive all night to get to TN. We recently used Lifetime Moving and Storage to move from Scottsdale, AZ to Flagstaff, AZ into a recently purchased Townhome. Our move was flawless from the initial contact (Amanda) the operations facilitator Amy, to our fantastic crew; Joe, Dale and Miguel. Lifetime Movers gave us a quote over the phone using pictures of our apartment, without the need for a physical assessment. A team showed up promptly at the time we arranged, boxed everything up, and moved us in less than the time quoted. Movers were professional, friendly, and did a great job.

My experience with Lifetime was all I could ask for during my move from Tempe, AZ to Austin, TX. Pickup was very smooth and it was great that they could store my items until I was ready to move into my own apartment a few months later. The window for delivery is quite large (~30 days), but my things were delivered on the first day I provided availability. Ron handled my delivery and I can't rave about him enough. They were fast and very easy to work with. the guys I had for packing were hilarious, professional, fast and careful! Great company! We moved from az to Tx and it was affordable as well.
