We recently experienced a tragedy in our family and needed to move my mother in law on short notice from AZ to CA. Amber was excellent in setting up the move, sending someone to the house for pre-pack out survey, and ensuring we were set up for success. The moving team was excellent with the pack up and delivery. I used Lifetime Moving & Storage for a local move and my experience was very good. From Amanda and Ellen in the office to Ralph and Juan (they did the heavy lifting) everyone was very courteous and professional. They were fast to respond to my request for the job and gave me a fair estimate. They were in touch through out the whole process. Overall Lifetime did a great job. We were pleased with their price, packing and delivery. However doing a long distance move from AZ to FL without a firm delivery date was a little difficult, as we were not aware of the 21 business days for delivery. Thank goodness we were purchasing a new bed and sofa, so we had somewhere to sleep. Only negative is to read the fine print or be told more about the delivery policy up front.
Lifetime moving & storage was awesome!! We moved from Arizona to Georgia. Our first movers bailed on us at the last minute but lifetime stepped up and got it done. Showed up on time and packed everything with care. They kept us well informed throughout the process. The delivery guys were awesome worked non stop in the heat and humidity. When another moving company cancelled because their workers weren't able to enter a military base, lifetime was there. In a spand of five days, they picked up, and delivered my elderly parent's household goods from AZ and delivered to CO. They were very professional and helpful.

Unprofessional movers who dumped everything in boxes. No packaging support. Broken dishes. Toaster ruined from broken spice bottles. Cabinet drawers broken. After a five month review they offered us $65.00 reimbursement
