MAJOR PRICE GOUGING. 30 min job for $500?? First tech was over 3 hours late so I had to reschedule. The second tech was okay, but pretty unfriendly for whatever reason. Total bill was over $500 for a spring replacement which seemed steep. Just went with it since I didn't have time to get another estimate.
Great service but watch out for price gouging. Needed emergency service due to garage door not opening. It was late Saturday and garage door felt like a ton to open manually. Apparently, it was due to a broken spring. Couldn't risk not being able to open/close door over the weekend and don't time to shop around, so gave OK to fix. After fix, found out I was charged over 250% for both spring. Didn't have much of a choice at the time, but learned an expensive lesson on springs.
We made an appointment to have someone come out and quote us for a wall mounted garage door opener. They sent someone (Rick?) out and when he arrived, he had brought his wife with him. Unprofessional but okay. They quoted us and we decided to get it. Appointment for him to come back was Tuesday between 6-8pm. I called at 7:45 to ask if he was close and he said “I didn’t realize how late it was. I still have 20 minutes left on this job.
