I love my doctors and PA's not to mention the awesome staff who know you by name and take care of you like family. :)
The office staff and physician provide great service. However, the billing department, Doris is less than professional. She doesn't return calls in a timely manner and when she finally returned the call she was ill prepared. The administrative staff sent messages with insurance information directly to her Weeks before she returned my call and during the call she had NOTHiNG available. Dr. Yousef is one of the best doctors I've ever met, if you want a caring, loving doctor who will care for you like if you were his own family. ..... he's your guy. I had the privilege of working for him over 10 years ago, and every patient that left the office were in awe of how caring he is. ....... I love this practice!!! They take time to know you as a person not just a patient. The weekend hours are great. I love being able to go to the doctor on the weekend when needed instead of having to wait for Monday.
