Dr.Yousef is super nice. He understands my concerns about not liking to taking meds. He listens and offers alternative/homeopathic treatments. It occasionally can take a while to get in but worth it. Thank you to his staff and his assistants for taking care of us and working through lunch.9
Lifetime Family Urgent Care is the best doctors office i have ever been to. The girls working the front office greeted me with a warm smile. The medical assistants are amazing at making you feel right at home. Dr Yousef was so caring and listened to all my concerns. I would recommend this office to everyone i know and love!!!
This is the only doctor you will ever need to see! We have been going here for years. Our entire family. Dr Yousef saved my husband's life by finding cancer very early. He is wonderful and so is the rest of his staff. Come and see what you've been missing in medical care!���
Dr Yousef and his staff are some of the most caring people in this area… If it wasn't for Dr Yousef and his willingness to step out of the box in my health testing I wouldn't have gotten diagnosed with Lyme disease. I thank him so much!
Came to them as a new patient due to an insurance change. I was treated like a drug seeker for wanting to continue meds I have taken for 2 years. They said I would need drug tests and monthly appointments for Tramadol and Ambien. They didn't ask a single question about why my back hurts or why I don't sleep. I haven't been to the office in over 2 years as I had an issue with some of the front desk ladies, they were unsociable and rude at times however I have always loved Dr Youssef and trusted him when it came to important issues. I recently had a back injury and needed shots so I decided to go to the person I trust with that. Don't come here! The doctor does not see patients in order or by triage. We were made to wait with a sick kid. If it wasn't urgent, we would have waited till she could see her primary. We could've gone to the ER faster than this but we didn't want to waste those resources. Terrible service, full of excuses!!!
