until a couple of weeks ago I would have recommended Lifetime Eye Care. My husband and I got our glasses there at the Mattoon store in June, the exams were very thorough, the staff friendly and helpful. My husband got a second pair. After wearing them some, he needed them adjusted, where the lines sat. He went by the Charleston store since he was in town. A store employee came out, got his glasses, took them in, the optician adjusted them, then they brought his glasses back out to him. He wasn't allowed in the store to have ... read more
I took my 5 year old to the Mattoon store and they were so good with her. They made it a fun experience. She even got a thank you card in the mail telling her good luck in kindergarten!
We are very lucky to have such excellent eyecare in Charleston. I have been a patient since Dr. Mark Esarey joined my previous eye doctor, Dr. Charles Sellett. I trust their expertise and always feel like I am given plenty of time, not rushed at all .They have up to date technology, and a wide selection of choices in eyewear. Everyone is friendly and they make you feel comfortable and welcome. I recommend them highly.
after cataract surgery I was having problems and my surgeon could not get me in for 2 months so Dr Mark saw me...did the test in his office to look at my complete eye and assured me it was good and for this first time gave me an answere to my problem. I would never go anywhere else. Blessed to have this knowledgable Dr in Charleston who you can see you. Thank you Dr. Mark
We have been going here for years! recently we have started seeing Dr Hennig. I am blown away by the care he takes for his patients. We went on Friday for my daughters appt. She has had 3 eye muscle surgeries over the span of 7 years and has Myopia that will affect her vision down the road. Explained my eye care so I could understand. Up to date equipment and beautiful surroundings. Only place that has ever given me contacts that I can see/read from. Great selection of frames!
Wonderful people and wonderful service. I highly recommend Dr. Esarey and his whole staff. From the eye exam, to picking out the right glasses, to helping me figure out my insurance, everyone was amazing. Thank you!
