Parent I appreciate the professional integrity of the Doctors at Lifetime Eye Care who discuss the diagnosis and all of the treatment options available to each patient based on their diagnosed condition. The treatment options presented are not limited to only those services covered by the patient's insurance that month. Their goal is to empower patients to participate in treatment by making informed decisions about the care which best meets their needs and they honor each individual patient's right to choose.
Vision Therapy?? We visited this office for a vision exam for our daughter. This group is really into diagnosing and prescribing for vision therapy. They didn't really explain that insurance doesn't cover vision therapy. After some investigation we decided to find a different eye doctor.
Consistently Horrible customer service. I have consistently received horrible service from your team. After my exam I explained in person and over the phone to Tammy that i couldn’t see— who repeatedly said for me to wait a few weeks to adjust. When I waited a month I again phoned her and she stated she’d check with the doctor and call me back Still have yet to receive a call back about incorrect prescription. My frames broke. RecommendedThank you to Lifetime Eye Care and Dr. Hackett for hooking me up with mono vision contact lenses, it allows me to function without having to wear glasses which I prefer. Dr. Hackett and the staff there are personable and professional. I would highly recommend them for your eye care needs!
Our boys have been going to Lifetime for 6 years now. With Dr. Hackett for 4 years. I could not ask for a better doctor for our boys. Dr. Hackett is patient, kind, understanding, yet also helps keep our boys on task and cooperating so we can get the exam done. He is engaging and receptive. I am so grateful to have him as apart of our team. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hackett to anyone.
Sight and Vision are not the same. Vision is a learned skill! This clinic offers way more than just acuity and eye health. From Pediatric to Geriatric, behavioral optometry should be experienced by all.
They are fantastic with pediatric patients! Really geared towards kids.
I highly recommend this place!! Very informative and knowledgeable Dr. He took the time to explain my eyes, health of my eyes, my prescription etc. I know so much more about my eyes, after today's appointment, than I ever had been told. When it was time to order contacts and look into glasses they helped me select frames suitable for my strong prescription. She explained my insurance benefits to me and how to maximize them.
