Pleasant encounter with Lavonne (sp?). She was a subbing hygienist. Professional and offered useful tips on tooth care.
I like how dental assistans talk to children to entertain them and help them forget that they are at the dentist

Dr is very professional and staff friendly for tbe most part.
The dental hygienist was awesome. The Dentist doesn't spend enough time and curiously challenged the hygienist on her recommendation for prescription fluoride even as she explained her rationale. I personally think the prescription fluoride toothpaste is overpriced and we should be receiving some kind of discount through insurance or otherwise. The X-ray process always makes me nervous with respect to radiation and thyroid exposure.

I love the atmosphere. My so did not want to go to the dentist at all and now he's asking when he can go back. Everyone was so friendly and inviting.
