Chris and Bryan were so helpful in helping us find the perfect spa. and Shane spent 1 and half hour going over everything, making our set up painless. the deliver staff was so efficient and warm. you can't ask for a better company to go with when making a decision on a spa. RecommendedI have been a customer of Lifestyles Hot Tubs for around 20 years and had just purchased a Prodigy in February. We chose to go with the saltwater tub and it is wonderful. The best thing is that I will only have to empty and refill the tub once instead of the every 3 months that I did before. And I can go to the Rochester anytime and have them check my water. Also with the lockdown we are under now, I was able to get help. I cannot say anything but good things about them.
RecommendedChris Strom was excellent at helping me work with Lifestyles Hot Tubs with the removal of my 20-year-old broken tub. I plan to buy another as soon as we get passed this virus affecting the economy. Chris is a no pressure salesman and I highly recommend him and this company. I have had zero complaint in all of my 20 years with my hot tub.

10k tub broke less then a year. called 3 times to have service. 3rd time finally was able to get a service scheduled. terrible customer service. it's clear the sale is all they care about definitely not servicing there customers. 2 month later update. the level of service if you can even called that has been the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen in my life. from the six times I had to call for them to come out. to pay them to tell me exactly what I told him was wrong with it without them even looking at it the technician ... read more
