RecommendedWe have had a hot tub since 2000. For many years we fought to balance the chemicals. My skin itched, cloudy water, too many chemicals to add. We went to Lifestyles and they recommended Silk Balance. We have not had any issues since!! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful!
We purchased a Hot Springs Pulse hot tub from Lifestyles in Ann Arbor in August of 2019. The purchase process and the hot tub itself were great. The hot tub was delivered on time and we are very happy with the product. Since then, however, support from Lifestyles has been non-existent. Because of the hardness of our water, we had a very difficult time getting the water balanced and the salt system working properly.
