RecommendedWe bought our Tub from a metro Detroit location, the salesperson had poor communication after the sale. Angie from the Saginaw store jumped in and is a SUPER STAR, she treated me and our friends(bought the same day we did) as if we were her customer from the start. No communication worries here, I am still texting with questions what seems like every hour and she responds immediately. Her co-worker Shane is also awesome, spent a some time with him as well. I highly recommend the Saginaw location!
I've been waiting for a warranty repair appointment for more than 10 months and still do not have a service date scheduled. A technician visited my home in January 2020 to confirm the repair would be covered by warranty and I called the office to schedule a time for the hot tub to be picked up for repair. I have spoke to two different office personnel numerous times and sent follow-up emails requesting to schedule a repair date and keep getting told a manager will call me back. RecommendedI bought my Hot Tub from Chris in Rochester Hills and he was a very attentive salesman who was not too pushy but knew his product very well and convinced me I was making the right purchase with Hot Springs. He did a great job with the tutorial on showing me how to use our hot tub despite the challenges with COVID. I truly appreciate all the time and effort Chris gave me in making me feel like I was his only customer when I know very well I was not.
RecommendedChris came out in the evening on the Friday of Labor Day weekend to help us set up our hot tub. Talk about someone dedicated to his job!!!
