RecommendedI recommend lifestyles, however as of Mid Nov I have been waiting for our Grande hot tub to be picked up for service. It was leaking water so I drained it winterized it and disconnected the power. I know they are busy but i have not talked with the scheduler who is always unavailable when I call or am promised a return call with a pick up date. RecommendedPurchased our tub back in July, Our salesperson Chris Strom was upfront about the delivery time and what to expect. We took delivery in early December and it was well worth the wait! Chris helped us through the set up and even offered to come out to our place to make sure all was good. The Hot Spring Vanguard is a fantastic relaxing addition to our backyard. Thank you Chris!

This is my second lifestyles hot tub and while I like their tubs I will be telling everyone I know NOT to buy a lifestyles hot tub because their service department is HORRIBLE. They are unfriendly, untimely and charge outrageous amounts for terrible service. 3 service calls for the same problem cost me $432. The additional $164 service call for the same problem was posted to my credit card on file after I was told there wouldn’t be a charge to service the same problem. We were lied to about the Hot Tub we purchased and when delivered it was delivered out of box with the wrong lid.. which 4 months later we still don't have the correct lid and the one we have now leaks all over our floor because it does not fit properly.. and it came with absolutely zero paperwork/manual and low and behold they don't have manuals they can send you along with not being able to after 4 months not get the correct lid for you..
RecommendedI visited Lifestyles Hot Tubs store in Saginaw, Michigan 12-1-20. I had a couple questions about my Hot Springs Grande hot tub. I talked with both Brent and Shane. They were both very knowledgeable about Hot Springs Spas. I will definitely return to that store because of the knowledge those two have of the products that they sell. RecommendedI recently purchased a home with a hot tub and I didn’t have any experience with them. I call Lifestyles and talked with Shane. He invited me to the store where he tested my water and gave me great instructions for maintaining water quality in my hot tub. Thanks Shane!
