RecommendedI recommend lifestyles, however as of Mid Nov I have been waiting for our Grande hot tub to be picked up for service. It was leaking water so I drained it winterized it and disconnected the power. I know they are busy but i have not talked with the scheduler who is always unavailable when I call or am promised a return call with a pick up date. I feel bad calling and calling but what do you do when I have given a deposit for pick up and signed the waiver and no returned calls. They are nice people but maybe someone is overwh... read more
Great service great prices and very helpful.
We have had a hot tub since 2000. For many years we fought to balance the chemicals. My skin itched, cloudy water, too many chemicals to add. We went to Lifestyles and they recommended Silk Balance. We have not had any issues since!! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful!
We have been fighting to get our pool clear for weeks. We finally decided to take a water sample to be tested. We were given specific instructions on how to address the problems with our water. The staff was so helpful and got us sorted out and ready to go in no time! Thank you!
