I have been suffering from neck pain for a few years. This is the first time I have been taught how to help retrain my muscles in my neck and upper body so that I can live pain free. What I like is the many different technics to help loosen my muscles prior to being adjusted. The staff here is awesome!
I have been going to Darin Stokke for about 1 year. He is pateint , helpful and the staff is super nice. From a monthly adjustment to assisting and addressing lower back issues, the have helped and listen and explained along the way. It took me a while to become a CHIRO believer, but I am hooked now! Lifestyles has helped me so much over the years. When I get where I can't hardly move, they can get me up and going again. The staff is very professional and very helpful.
Took hubby here to help with his back (God forbid anything interferes with the golf)! Fantastic place, offers not only chiropractic services but physical training and massage among the various services. Very thorough and friendly. Highly recommend if anyone is looking for a chiropractor

Walked in with extreme pain , after my 1st adjustment I was already 80% better . Now after going for several weeks I'm at 120% . I would highly recommended them . The staff is friendly and awesome people. Thanks much Vincent Salus
