LifeStyle Medical Center (and in particular my nutritionist Jessica) has been incredible to work with. They’ve taught me a ton about nutrition and specifically how it pertains to exercise and a healthy lifestyle. In the process, I’ve lost weight and now have a lean healthy body. More importantly, I also now have the skills to maintain it all thanks to Jessica at Lifestyle Medical Center. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone wanting to get serious about their weight & overall health. Burke H.

I have been going to Lifestyle Medical over a year one of the best decisions I've ever made they are willing to help and be an encouragement to you as you start your journey to Lifestyle Changes I don't regret a moment of the decision I made to go there Molly is one of the best nutritionist that I know she's informative she's encouraging and she'll even pray with you if that's what you need. This journey has been tough but it has been rewarding and I'm looking forward to more months of reaching my goals.

I have been seeing the providers at the Six Forks location for a little more than 3 months and couldn't be happier with the support and care I've received. I've lost 25 lbs and I feel great - The changes they have helped me implement have been foundational to seeing success for the first time in a long time!

I look forward to going to every appt! I needed a lifestyle change not a diet. I get the tools and knowledge that I need to successfully learn about nutrition and leading a healthier lifestyle. This place is amazing. Stared my journey with them since Feb and it's been awesome! I like the support, friendliness of staff, and always cheerful! I love my dietician Liz! She's very encouraging, works with you, and I like the support I get from her!

I have found the knowledge, education and encouragement of this group to be indispensable in the loss of seventy-five pounds in the last nine months. It has not been about a diet. It has been about my diet and adapting my lifestyle towards healthier choices. I may have been able to do this on my own but there have been times that my friends at Lifestyle have kept me on track as well as saving me tons of research time and misdirection.
