Horrible
Didn't bother to let us know which building it was in and gave us a two HR notice asking if my wife can come in right now as I guess they had extra space. Got their and the waiting room has emptied and refilled and those people are going first. Been sitting here for an HR and a half watching other people go. One lady was 30 min late and her appointment was after ours.
