Robert Kalas is a remarkable therapist. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
Terrible customer service. Had to cancel an appointment because of a family emergency. No sympathy whatsoever. After weeks of a "review" they would not help at all with the fees. I do not recommend using this company
My opinion follows: Lifestance has massively mismanaged the takeover of the local mental health practice which I have been a patient of for many years. Despite ample time to do so, Lifestance failed to obtain accreditation by the most common local insurer for new hires. As a result, patients have been forced out in substantial numbers. Not surprisingly, providers have also been leaving as a direct result of this mismanagememt and the distant coldness of control by a far-away corporation.
