Working in the tech industry means I'm sitting down and hunched over a computer for 75% of my day. Good posture has never been my forte, and the neck pains where horrible. So getting adjusted by Dr. Matt has been a blessing. Becoming aware of my posture has relieved me of so much back and neck pain, it's unbelievable.
