One of the worst companies, as far as business dealings. They contract through my mother's HHC for PT and OT services. Now the OT and OT techs are stellar, and I would give them both a 10, but the office schedulers and admin staff are below professional standards. Recently, the office canceled my Mother's appointment, did not contact the PT tech as to why, and was supposed to contact me earlier this week, but never did. All good things to say about Lifespan. The apps we use for internal messaging and the EMR system are both top notch. Everyone is super friendly and professional. I've been working with them for 16 months and have no desire to change positions.
