Appointment set for 2/16 @3. I filled out all intake forms in a timely manner. Rushed from work today to start the awaiting appointment (1.5 months of waiting) only to not have Dr Dzovak Kazandjian show up to the meeting. Called office - nobody picks up. I logged in multiple times to the link provided in email. I guess they just forgot? Update. There was indeed a clerical error during booking on their end. Got a likely AI generated cryptic and confusing response to my online inquiry to set up an appointment with Dr. Artinyan 8 days after reaching out. Was told he was not accepting new patients, even though the lifespan website and Psychology Today contradicts this. The message said he would only do testing, for what was unclear, in 2 hour segments. Very impersonal and likely unethical way to respond to someone seeking mental health assistance!

I completed psychological testing with Dr. Beatrix Wagner two years ago. When I first read the report, I felt uneasy, but it wasn’t until revisiting it recently that I fully recognized how many of her statements felt inappropriate, dismissive, or unsupported by data, especially paired with experiences with her in person. We had a really easy experience making our consultation appointments. Dr Artinyan was great in his listening and referral. I had a couple questions since our consult, have called several times with no return call, not a great business practice, especially in this field.
