Providers are very good. Both for hair and facial. But their front desk staff should probably go back to grade school. They canceled on me twice two hours before my appointment and they think that’s OK. But if I call in to move my appointment, they threatened me with 100% charge. Also, they never seem to answer the phone highly unprofessional.
Louise is amazing! She has been doing my eyebrows now for 5 years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Spa is clean, calm, serene, I love all the treatments that I have gotten. Great spa!
