(Male) I made an appointment with Courtney shortly after I had 18inches off, I told her I had zero experience with how/what I wanted my hair to look like. She educated me on the why and hows of hair management, recommended products, and so much more. 15/10 Ask for Courtney!
Ashley was incredibly rude, threatening to bleach my hair against my wishes multiple times. It was a battle just to get her to listen to what I wanted. Thankfully, DJ, Kyla, and the other stylists stepped in and guided Ashley, instructing her on how to formulate a dye without using bleach—a solution that finally aligned with my initial request. Courtney is absolutely INCREDIBLE. She provides not only some great convos, but also the absolute most crispiest fade in all of naptown. 10/10 would recommend!!!
They were professional and friendly. They did such amazing job on my color, I will be back.
