Had a very unpleasant and inconvenient experience today. Was there with my dad for blood donation and the staff did not take him in. According to Stella (the supervisor) I was not allowed to translate for my dad, the translator had to be someone from their team (they called and there was no one available to translate). Stella told us we had to come back Monday. I would understand if this was a first time registration but my dad a regular donator and never had to go thru this before.

If you’re looking for a nice relaxing place to donate blood look somewhere else. Since the moment we entered to the moment we left they kept chatting non stop to each other, i get you don’t have people but i feel like the process took longer than it had to cause instead of focusing on the person getting their blood drawn and they just kept talking about their personal lives, their kid, etc. and so loud! I had to put my headphones on and still could hear them…. I get if they were having a conversation with you but they’re not... read more
