I've seen my therapist Bobbie and she is amazing. She really took the time to understand me and my family dynamics and then was able to give me coping skills and strategies that really helped. She didn't rehash old baggage more than necessary but focused more on what would help in the future. Not only that she didn't beat around Bush and told me exactly what I needed to here.
