My device stopped working two hours before they closed. First person put me on hold and hung up. Second person told me to jump the battery even though I was currently jumping it. She said it wasn’t long enough I have to wait and call back in five minutes? By the third person it was 4:30 and they were on their way out the door so god forbid they do any work. Wont remove device from car I purchased from a family member over a week ago even though it’s not mine and I have no contract with this company they do. Will charge him 10k if I remove it from MY car. “Supervisor” is unprofessional and rude and wants to charge me $1500 for a bypass code. Also hangs up on people.
