Technicians Mike and Lan made this an enjoyable experience. Their courtesy, hospitality, knowledge, and attention to detail made me feel comfortable with the process and during the install.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. They made it very easy to understand the process, provide all the necessary paperwork, and the installation was quick and easy.
Jesse and his team are absolutely a 'LifeSafer'. My installation of the device all the way to my removal was simple, easy and non-judgmental in every way. I had issues with the device in the first 2 months of having it, but Jesse did his best to help me get through it. Just remember, first time it's a mistake, 2nd time is a choice. Thank you to Jesse and the team for their time and patience!
This place is awesome. Dealt my first DUI there dealt with my second great service no matter who it is and their certified lifesafer location that doesn't cost an arm and a leg
