I have been a patient of the Advanced Institute for Oral Health for over four years. Without exception their performance, quality, efficiency and customer commitment are stellar. All staff are well trained, courteous and patient focused. Appointments are always timely and efficient. The patient flow in the office is commendable. Overall an excellent organization and staff.
They greeted me with a smile and explained everything to me making sure I understood my treatment and what would take place upon scheduling.
As I entered Dr. Primm's office, I was pleased to be greeted with a warm, friendly and professional aura from the Receptionist to the Periodontist. Everyone made me feel at home and definitely knew what to do and they all listened well, answering all the questions I asked. I would certanly refer my friends and family to this Periodontist. He was great--very friendly and easy to talk to.
