We've been visiting this place for over a year, and we only have positive words to say, which aren't enough to highlight the kindness, sensitivity, and attentive care they provide to their patients. From the front desk, where they always welcome you and help you with everything, to the doctors, nurses, pharmacy staff, and the lab lady—everyone makes us feel like family, very concerned about our well-being. Thank you for everything, and may God bless you all.
Dr. Kemi is so nice, and very professional. I've been going here for five years. I don't have insurance, and they work very well with me! They also work well around work schedules
The front office staff is not empathetic, helpful, or the least bit friendly and understanding. I will give a new review once we get in and I hope it is outstanding. I am unable to understand why they do not make intake appointments and only accept patients on a first-come first-serve basis.
I graduated from Mark Sheppards group here and they have helped me with mental health meds that because of my low income I do not have to pay for, with my addiction recovery so much and I am about to call to set up one on one counseling. I will update my review after receiving these services.
