I came as my first time looking for help at the mental health services building. I came a little after opening, so it was operating hours. The check in window said “closed, check in at next window”. Well, the next window said the same thing. All check in windows are closed. I am currently in the middle of a crisis and I was just informed that it would be months before I would receive therapy and on top I have to wait three weeks just for a medication appointment. How am I supposed to better my mental health is they can not adequately provide the necessary services displayed on their website.
IDK how many messages I left for Mr. Jan Perez who is the intensive care Supervisor at LPS. BUT I NEVER ENDED UP HEARING BACK FROM HIM. MY QUESTION IS THIS THAT WHY'S JAN PEREZ A SUPERVISOR AT LIFEPATH SYSTEMS IF HER ISN'T GOING TO RETURN CLIENTS THAT RECEIVE SERVICES FROM LPS ???
