I am currently in the middle of a crisis and I was just informed that it would be months before I would receive therapy and on top I have to wait three weeks just for a medication appointment. How am I supposed to better my mental health is they can not adequately provide the necessary services displayed on their website.
IDK how many messages I left for Mr. Jan Perez who is the intensive care Supervisor at LPS. BUT I NEVER ENDED UP HEARING BACK FROM HIM. Mark is an amazing person and an amazing teacher . Them other counselers is trash 🗑️ if you ever go here watch how they gossip and talk about people like dirty dogs and read the rules and regulations incase they try to mess you over but I definitely learned life lessons from mark he's the best .
This place needs serious help before they can claim to be able to help anyone else. They change your case manager every few weeks or months. Making follow up appointments feels like a waste of time. Other than psychiatrist visits that they can keep most of the time, there is no benefit to going there. Even then they won't prescribe most sleep or anxiety meds, and won't diagnose or treat previously diagnosed adhd at all. (Legally required not to.) The worst decision I ever made was choosing to come here. The entire staff is deplorable and unworthy of your time and effort. Please, go somewhere else.
