I've been coming to Lifelong Health for nearly 3 years now. Due to having two scolioses, I used to severe back pain and had to lay flat for 30-40 minutes every night after getting home from work. The pain and back issues were strongly interfering with my work. The chiropractic visits have been very helpful in addressing this and making sure I can keep functioning. I've seen a handful of chiropractors for treatment of my back pain. Lifelong Health different though. It's always great to get an adjustment and refresh your body- but Lifelong Health works at the root issue of my pain, and not just symptomatic treatments. Lifelong Health has provided me with regular check ins, evaluations, take home adjustment materials, and reccomended exercises to ensure that I am on the right path to a more balanced and well connected me.
