I called a week and a half ago needing help. The receptionist said the therapist was booked all day, which i figured. She said she would talk to therapist and see if she could get me in that day or very soon. Haven't heard a word, still in need of help. Evidently my mental health means nothing. I dont know what the problem is, forgotten ? Insurance? Age? Whatever the reason for the silence, Highly unprofessional....thanks for not caring
I am new to lifeline but from the jump they have been awesome. Holly stayed in office to accommodate my needs to get in ASAP. She was very polite and went out of her way to make sure I knew the process and didn't have any problems navigating the phone conference the next morning. When I had my intake meeting with Hannah she was prompt and cordial. She was very intentive in listening to my answers to my intake questions and I might add quite patient.
