This business is terrible. The LAZIEST aids I've ever met. The company has the worst response time. Aid will come in and go to sleep. I tried to give half a star, but it wouldn't let me. This company needs to be investigated for its poor performance. Oh, did I mention lazy? Because that's the best word to describe this company.
If you like administration lying on you or your assigned aides, this is the place for you. If you like late, unprofessional, lazy, and underhanded aides, this is the place for you. If you like not being able to reach people when you truly need them, this is the place for you. If you want aides to leave you naked in the middle of your room floor stranded in your wheelchair and EMT having to put you back in bed, this is the perfect place for you to receive care.
