Not good. Too much inconsistencies. Caregiver does not have a set schedule, but is supposed to come two days a week for four hours, also, Sometimes is sent to a different client when she is supposed to be at my home
Very disappointed in this company if the regular aide is off they can,never get anyone to fill her shift.Miss communication with directions from supervisor That company needs new management
Am disappointed in lack of communication regarding changes in caregivers. Customer service via phone needs to improve.
