They need sensitivity training because no paitent the same I hated life line some the guys they hire not good and to rough along with a aggressive

I have tried to resolve a balance billing issue for four years. My Anthem insurance paid the allowable amount and my explanation of benefits indicates a patient balance of 0.00. I have contacted the office via email and phone multiple times to resolved this issue. I was initially instructed to email all Explanation of Benefits and the bill from lifeline and the balance would be cleared to reflect 0.00. This has never happened.
