Had a wonderful experience at LifeLabs in Oakville (170 Rebecca Street). Fatima was very friendly and so supportive.
I recently took my daughter to this lab for a blood test, and the experience was overall very positive. Julie, who handled the check-in process, was kind and reassuring. We didn’t have an appointment, so there was a brief wait (we came in the afternoon), but nothing too inconvenient. The technicians that helped Julie with the blood draw - Rajvi and Lina - were nice and patient. I felt that everyone was making an effort to keep my daughter at ease during the blood draw. The staff were working very hard. 12 people in a small waiting room. Steady stream and only a 10 minute wait after my appointment time.
I've been going there for years. They've always been good attendees. Even with a high turnover rate.
Very bad experience. The receptionist was very rude.
