Arrived at 2:45 and doors were locked. No note on door other than regular posted hours saying they close at 4pm. What type of business just closes up whenever they want too. Someone should be held accountable for the disrespect shown to their customers! Not all life labs are like this so why here?
I had a pleasant experience. The Nurses/technicians were knowledgeable and quick in directing the parltients. If you have an appointment it is relatively much better than walking in as there may be some waiting time.
Service is inpatient and the skill level is doubtful. My daughter never has any trouble with blood works. But the nurse here fidgeted with the needle and now the spot hurts more than usual and itches.

Avoid this location at all cost. The technician forgot to apply tourniquet and forgot to clean the site with alcohol swab, inserted the needle and asked me if it was pain, I answer no, then she turned the needle and ask "what about now?", I said yes, then she removed the needle , applied tourniquet this time but still forgot to clean the site with alcohol swab, inserted the needle into different site and collected the sample.
