I had a walk-in. The wait time was short (the waiting room was full, but I only had to wait 20 minutes) and the process of emailing my requisition was quick and seamless. Sukhpreet Gill was the employee who drew my blood. She was very kind, friendly and professional, and when I asked if I could look away because it made me a bit uncomfortable to have my blood drawn, she made sure to check in with me while she was doing it to ensure I was feeling alright. Friendly and fast. Understanding of my fears and very patient.
The worst blood test experience ever. Very rude and unhelpful staffs, extremely long wait time — I waited 90 minutes just for a blood test. The technician seemed unskilled and the whole process was frustrating from start to finish. Finally I paid $15 for 90 mins parking.
