Used incorrect size catheter (too small), didn't let us know it would leak everywhere, and does not return messages. Previously the catheter, tube and bag had not been changed in months. Dark brown in color and the attendant said she had just seen my mother a week before. I'm guessing it's acceptable to her for a person to smell like a filthy outdoor toilet.
