We live East Knoxville, TN. Husband called 911 I was going into ketoacidosis and didn't know it...first time it has ever happened. We pay Rural Metro each year and never have had to use them...so I don't know why Lifeguard came instead of Rural Metro, but, something else, we learned they are paid by the mile...so that explains why they took their time arriving.
