Unprofessional, rude with no personality!! I Highly wouldn’t recommend them under no circumstances!
If I could give less than a one star I would. We had a patient that needed transport to a nursing from the UAB hospital. The nurse put in the order at about 3:00pm. We were told it would arrive at 6:30 which is bad enough but I called at 7:45 and was told it would be another hour an a half! How a hospital like UAB puts up with this kind of poor service is beyond me! Totally unacceptable for a major hospital to deal with such a poor company!
