Love this gym and the trainers are fantastic, super friendly and very knowledgeable!! Kevin has lots of experience and knows how to set goals that are doable but he pushes me to do my best! You can't go wrong with this gym or the trainers!!
It's a great gym. It's intended to be a place where you can work directly with a trainer. There are people of all ages, shapes, sizes and colors working out. Everybody is committed to get healthier. My trainer Amy keeps my workouts fast-paced, full of variety and always challenging.
I started working out with Caitlin a few months ago. I had never used a trainer before and was a little nervous. After the first work out I knew she was the real deal. Not only did she kick my ass all over the gym, but she was pretty fun to work out with. Very professional and dedicated to helping reach my goals.
Best gym in the Round Rock area! All trainers are super friendly!
