I had my baby back during covid and boy oh boy did this place disappoint. Through the pandemic I was pressured to get the vaccine. I told one of the midwives that I was uncomfortable with this and she cut my appointment short, refused to answer questions reguarding my pregnancy, and said I may ask them at my next appointment. If you are going to pump at all, make an appointment with Cara! I recently had an appointment with Cara and while the lactation consultation was helpful I was most surprised by how awesome her knowledge and methods for pump/flange fitting was! I just had my second baby and I pumped a ton with my first as I had to go back to work after only 6 weeks. I thought I had my size and methods down, wrong! Cara Puff is an amazing lactation consultant! Thank you so much for all of your knowledge, support and care for me and our family in our breastfeeding journey. Recently, I had a fabulous appointment with Cara. My baby is 4 months, and as an exclusive pumper, I was looking for ways to decrease my time spent pumping and gradually transition to formula. My baby is now successfully taking a bottle per day of formula AND by changing flanges, I am pumping 1-2 Oz more per day. Huge wins. Thank you, Cara!!
