Avoid! The front desk person was incredibly rude and inconsiderate of my time after the fact the doctor Lisa Falcone was at the wrong location and thus late to her appointment with me. I was asked to wait for her without an eta, I was told that I would be notified upon the doctor’s arrival to the right location. An hour and forty minutes passed, I popped back into the clinic and the front desk person said “ she’s here bit she needs to fit you in. Me and my little one have had two visits with Cara Puff and I’m super pleased with how they went. Grateful to have had her advice and help! One thing to note - it was a bit difficult to wrangle an appointment - we actually just showed up at this location one Tuesday morning and got an appt for that afternoon.
My wife delivered all 4 of our babies here. I can’t explain to you how special this place, and the people that work in it, are. Thank you ladies, we will never forget your care ❤️❤️❤️❤️
This is by far the best women's health center I've gone to - I never feel rushed, everyone takes time to answer my questions fully, and I'm never (EVER) made to feel like I'm taking up too much time or being a bother. Today is a good example: I had a (large to me) concern and reached out last night via the portal.
