One of the worst experiences at a pediatric doctors as a new patient. Receptionist was nice. Dr. Bilal Sitwat was HORRIBLE! There aren't enough Synonyms to describe how awful he was. He had a nasty bedside manner. If your child is neurotypical forget about bringing them to see Dr Sitwat. He was annoyed by my questions that I asked about my child. Every question I asked he passed it off to another department. I don't know if he's lazy or just complacent. But as a new patient I will not give this office anymore of my money. Ei... read more
awful. my appointment was delayed for months and it was canceled twice that was out of my control. the wait times are ridiculous and the times you DO see the doctors they barely listen or help you and say your symptoms are normal. I was put on a medication that made me severely depressed and when talking about these symptoms i was told they were normal. if you have epilepsy like me, don’t go to these guys. it’s not worth it. plus they don’t have any way to contact them through email, only other option besides calling is fax.... read more
