I don’t know where to start from. From the time I entered into the ED, everyone that I met were so helpful,kind,respectful and supportive. As for the nurses I can’t say thanks enough. This is the best hospital in the city in my opinion the entire staff down to the janitors made me feel at home cared for and safe ive never experienced such care from northwestern John Hopkins or union memorial Sinai is the only place I will ever go I honestly love the staff here this is Phillip btw
Dark skin old lady Security guard is very rude and yelled at me cause I told to not bang on the top of the roof of my car and she didn’t even apologize for it.
