Here’s a strong but credible review that focuses on the experience rather than personal insults, making it more likely to be taken seriously: I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Frankston Blood Donor Centre. I’ve been a blood donor on and off for the last decade after an old work colleague got me into it. The staff are all so lovely, super appreciative of your time and donation as well. If you have the time, book a plasma donation which can be used in hundreds of ways by doctors. It really is a worthwhile way to give back to society.

Ellah is the best ever!! Didn't hurt a bit. If you're thinking about donating, it really saves lives and it doesn't take that long. A fantastic centre.
