Horrible customer service! will never EVER suggest them to anyone! Took us 2 YEARS to get our photos from our wedding! Horrible customer service and they never once tried to correct it. We have had to send letters and confront them in order to get our photos back.
Great service! I went into this store and bought my wedding dress. Katrina was very helpful and actually put my dresses on hold for me until I could return a few days later with my family. She got me a low price on the dress (extra discount) since it was discontinued and also kept in touch with me to notify me of any sales, which I bought a flower girl dress for only 20 bucks!
